Signed in, open a support ticket from your account. Anyone can join the Discord. Answers to the common problems are on the support page.
Support tickets, from your account
Once you are signed in to your account, choose Support and then New ticket. Your licence, plan and device list come attached, so nobody has to ask you for your key, and every reply stays in the ticket with the history. We answer within one business day and email you when we do. Tickets are the place for anything about your own licence, billing or devices.
Discord
Join the PlayingAFK Discord to ask other players, share setups and hear first when a game update needs a new pack. Other players often answer "how do I" questions faster than we can. Keep licence keys and payment details out of it; those belong in a ticket.
